Two tracks. One lock. Then the line.

Spec-in track

    Spec in

    Send the tech pack, last, or a reference pair. We read construction, materials, and branding before a quote.

    Costing

    The desk returns a feasible build and FOB band — what the line can actually run, not a catalog guess.

  3. 03

    Proto

    Physical samples average 15 days, so fit and hand-feel can be checked before tooling spend.

  4. 04

    Lock

    Confirmation sample, materials, and markings are signed off. That file becomes the bulk standard.

  5. 05

    Bulk

    The same plant takes over: components, assembly, 12 QC gates, packing, and export.

ODM

Design-out track

  1. 01

    Brief

    Category, price band, market, and calendar. Skate, athletic, casual, or hiking — one development desk.

  2. 02

    Propose

    Developers pull lasts and outsoles from the library and present styles built to hit the brief.

  3. 03

    Proto

    Selected silhouettes become physical samples for fit, stack, and color review.

  4. 04

    Refine

    Colorway, branding, and construction iterate until the confirmation sample is locked.

  5. 05

    Bulk

    From lock onward the program runs on the OEM line — same QC, same packing desk, same FOB origin.
